Now whilst I do not necessarily concur or believe that the author was a scribe for Jesus of Nazareth, ACIM is a fast track way to raise your own awareness and knowledge and so on hence my including a link to the free online version.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) known as Tapping is again another fast way to shift your perceptions and put you in the zone but again it does have to be practiced regularly, and again it is free, you can find many diagrams such-as this one that show tapping points. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Eft_punkte.jpg

It is also very easy to identify and add other tapping points also such-as tapping the wrists together, tapping the female energy chakra (described by Jeda Mali)  in the top-centre of the chest, the best point is perhaps the CROWN of the head usually at the back where most age related male pattern boldness starts from, you might say that that point is a root junction, as well as the point that multiple religions place a cap or even wizard hats if you like you magic.  Tapping can create focus patterns and also break focus patterns.

If you imagine that the THOUGHT known as SOUL has know intrinsic or entrenched meaning then you will come to recognise that all meanings to all actions and activities and energy transfers are those that you have given yourself, as we all know most in society choose to stay obsessive ABOUT the body and sex and sexuality however the World or Universe or thought or Soul is neutral and the more releasing you do the more you will value your own freedom of consciousness and in giving that freedom of consciousness to others.

You might say that in reading and viewing and taking in all the multi-faceted resources that we are receiving memory dumps of patterns and waves and particles accumulated by those about us and unfortunately at least it seems that way to myself it is only through the assisted technologies that greater individual understanding and awareness and higher levels of abilities can be known-ascertained-accumulated giving the emotional freedom and clarity that we are often lacking when we start out on these kinds of journeys and explorations.

I am of to read some of the books I have purchased to see what new shifts and inspirations I can achieve when I set my mind to the questioning of how can I accelerate the integration of these processes into a high flying and better life model.

So as you can see I have listed and/or recommended all the early stuff I recommended from several years ago and whilst I have personally progressed it can be useful to recall and return to some of the free and easy basics that anyone who wants to do so can use.  You probably start out as I did skeptical but then go through the usual to quote Ghandi again “First they ignore you…
